Steve Daniels: I need inspiration, so, I'm going to use this blog as a kind of diary - one that I can refer to as and when. Although my previous, full-time occupation involved commercial art, painting is new to me. My life is busy and finding time to paint is difficult (Actually, I have the time - the difficult thing is prioritising it). However, running a family and coping with a change in career direction does demand its fair share of time. As I mentioned, my previous career as an art director in commercial art is now being replaced by a new career in science. I'm a full-time, mature student at Bangor University studying environmental science - quite a change in direction! Following are some early efforts, if you happen across them, I'd be happy to receive your comments - go for it!
